Do I need a PayPal account to buy your products?

PayPal is an alternative and quickest type of payment to what we offer. We accept a range of Credit/Debit cards too. When you come to buy your product, choose the option 'Dont have a PayPal account'.

Can I return a product if I am not completely satisfied?

Yes, please contact us and we will then send a courier to pick the product up as soon as possible. Be sure to have the product ready with its original packaging. Your refund will commence a few days after the products been returned back to us. Please account for Weekends and Bank Holidays for your refund and note that we operate on business hours 9am-5pm.

Do you operate the Oil boiler service in any area other than the postal areas selected?

No. We operate a local oil boiler service only.

What exceptions are there to the ‘Next Day Delivery?’

We operate sales and deliveries on normal business hours. We do not deliver on any of the following occasions: Weekends, Bank Holidays, Boxing/Christmas/New Years Day.

Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?

Yes. We deliver to any UK Postal Code only.
