Carriage & Returns

All orders for standard items received before 2:00pm will be shipped same day.

We partner with leading couriers to deliver your goods when you expect them and in good, safe condition.

All our products will be charged based on weight for delivery within the UK mainland only.

We do not deliver outside the UK.

We operate a ‘Next Day Delivery’ policy. However, this is due to availability of the product, the time the product was ordered, and also will not operate if the next day falls on the following days: Weekends, Bank Holidays, Boxing/Christmas/New Years Day.

To arrange a refund…

Please contact us and we will then send a courier to pick the product up as soon as possible. Be sure to have the product ready with its original packaging. Your refund will commence a few days after the products been returned back to us. Please account for Weekends and Bank Holidays for your refund and note that we operate on business hours 9am-5pm.
